Winery

Family-owned, Issara Estates Winery is under the direction of two generations of the Issara family. They work alongside a team of viticulturists, oenologists and domestic and flying winemakers to produce New Latitude Wines of premium quality.

Provided our vineyard is small with low yield, allows us to maintain the standard of quality that is difficult to attain within larger estates. With the mission to produce exquisite wines that are unique and rooted in its natural terrain and conditions, each vineyard block is approached independently. This allows us to care for each block distinctively and accordingly, resulting in a variety of different tasting grapes.


Issara Estates is the first and only commercial real estate project that offers clients the opportunity of building a home overlooking a vineyard. Our winery is situated on a mountainous slope which maximizes of the flow of nutrients and minerals throughout the vineyard. The Boutique winery also includes wine tasting, winery tours, a terrace wine lounge and a wine ageing room compiled with French Oak Barrels.

ISSARA ESTATES SHIRAZ 2012

Driven by the complexities of black fruits, red berries, raisins and tobacco. This wine exhibits hints of pepper, roasted coconut and is complemented with a mild wood smoke finish from the barrel segment.

Food Pairings

Pairs particularly well with grilled red meat dishes, roasted spring vegetables and rich stew recipes.

ISSARA ESTATES SHIRAZ 2014

A full bodied, dry style Shiraz with intense aromas of black cherry, plum and other black skin fruits. On the palate, licorice comes through with a distinctive hint of spices and toffee harmonized with chalky tannins. This ne wine has a black harmonic balance with good length.

Food Pairings

Partners well with rich meat sauces on pasta, barbequed steak, sausages or roasted lamb.

ISSARA ESTATES CHENIN BLANC 2014

This Chenin Blanc starts with a rush of fruitful aromas that include pear, guava and pineapple. The tropical fruits give this wine a crisp and fresh taste, which is complemented with the sweetness of coconut palm sugar.

Food Pairings

Perfect to drink on its own. Accompanies well with seafood dishes and most mild to spicy Thai dishes.

ISSARA ESTATES CHENIN BLANC 2015

A medium bodied, off- dry style Chenin Blanc. A great complexity of oral perfume and tropical fruits. On the palate, textures of ripe fruit accompanied with soft acidity, the oak in uence is subtle and elegant with vanilla and a hint of butterscotch.

Food Pairings

Pairs well with spicy Asian dishes, smoked salmon and light seafood pasta dishes.
